I am so frustrated with black spot on my roses. I have tried the latest thing i found, which was horticultural oil with a smidgen of baking soda added. Didn’t impede the black spot in the least. I am puzzled because we have had a pretty dry spring and usually damp weather encourages the blasted fungus. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
